For this project, 10 yards of white cotton poplin were given to the designer with no creative limitations. Through spontaneous draping, Amanda conceptualized this timeless silhouette made of just three cuts of fabric.

The garment features two variations of the box pleat, combined with traditional smocking, and a screenprinted hem. The print was done through repeated placed printing of a single brushstroke stencil in black, gray, and silver hues.
